1. FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS - purchases between Jan. 2009-April 30^th 2010 may be eligible. Need to be in contract by April 30^th and close no later than June 30^th.2. MOVE UP BUYERS - may also eligible for a tax credit up to $6,500. For this you must have resided in your current residence for five out of the last eight years.
